Coordonnateur
Leader du divertissement au Québec, Proludik est une compagnie de jeux gonflables et autres équipements qui contribue annuellement à plus de 2500 évènements. Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche de candidat.e.s responsables, débrouillards et autonomes afin d'assurer le succès des évènements ayant lieu partout au Québec et au Nouveau-Brunswick. Le.la coordonnateur.trice d'évènements participe activement à la réalisation des différents évènements sur lesquels il.elle sera envoyé. Sous la responsabilité du coordonnateur.trice d'évènements, il réalise les étapes nécessaires afin de permettre aux participants de profiter d'un évènement réussi. Le.la coordonnateur.trice d'évènements fait preuve d'autonomie afin d'appuyer son équipe et maximiser la productivité sur le contrat. Principales tâches : Installation, opération et démontage des jeux gonflables ; Effectuer le chargement et déchargement du matériel ; Assurer la sécurité des participants et des structures ; Travailler en équipe avec son.sa coordonnateur.trice et ses autres collègues ; Offrir un service de qualité afin d'assurer une image positive et professionnelle de l'entreprise ; Faire l'entretien des équipements à l'entrepôt, à l'occasion. DO YOU HAVE THE PROFILE? ? Diploma in administration, purchasing or any other combination of training and experience deemed equivalent; ? Experience in the aviation industry is considered an asset; ? Basic knowledge of aircraft and their systems is an asset; ? Bilingual (English/French), you have excellent communication skills and knowledge of the Cree language is considered an asset; ? Must attend training and recurrent courses when required. |
